is my ongoing project about menopause — a biological transition that touches every woman, yet remains wrapped in silence, shame, and cultural blind spots.
This project was born from my own experience.I am walking through menopause right now — through confusion, fear, and a sense of losing control over my own body.
“Regeneration” is my attempt to make this invisible transformation visible.
Through photography I want to give form to what women rarely dare to say aloud. I want to open a space where we recognise each other, where we do not feel alone in this season of transition. Strong, visceral images allow viewers — even those who never considered this topic — to encounter its emotional truth.
“Regeneration” aims to start conversations across generations and cultures, to shift perception, to make this hidden phase visible, dignified, and understood.
It is not simply a photographic series.It is a testimony.A mirror.A reminder that in the middle of life, women are not fading — they are Regeneration
