Huellas
Huellas explores the body as a site of memory, where identity is not represented but inscribed. Through the use of organic materials leaves, fibers, and natural surfaces the image becomes a space where the body dissolves into the territory, leaving only traces of its presence.
Rather than producing a fixed portrait, the work engages with processes of transfer, fragility, and transformation. The image is not stable; it is affected by time, material conditions, and the environment in which it exists.
In this tension between presence and erosion, the body becomes part of a larger ecosystem no longer separate from the land, but embedded within it. What remains is not the body itself, but its imprint.
