Departures, Arrivals is a photographic project rooted in observation and slow exploration. It focuses on moments that exist between actions, where time stretches and meaning becomes less fixed. Through images made in transit spaces, the project examines situations in which people share space without truly connecting, moving side by side while remaining enclosed within their own inner worlds.

The project approaches travel not as a narrative of departure and arrival, but as a condition — a repetitive state of waiting, movement, and pause. Rather than following linear stories, the work forms cycles, allowing images to echo one another and resist resolution. Departures, Arrivals invites the viewer to remain with these unresolved moments and experience travel as an in‑between state rather than a destination.
